❓ About SiPearl…

SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint.

In June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France.

Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in :

• France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis),

• Spain (Barcelona)

• and Italy (Bologna)

Following a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round.

💻 About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the VP Marketing & Business Development and Product Marketing Director to drive product development and market positioning. You will oversee the entire product portfolio lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous development, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and SiPearl’s long-term strategy.

Your mission will be to animate SiPearl’s growing ecosystem, support product roadmap definition, and deliver go-to-market strategies that ensure our solutions gain visibility, traction, and success across Europe and globally.

🎯Your missions

• Monitoring market metrics, customer feedback, and trends to guide product strategy.

• Leading product specifications, features, and enhancements aligned with ROI and time-to-market goals.

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to refine SiPearl’s messaging and positioning.

• Working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PMO, Sales, Finance, CTO office) to align product design and development with business objectives.

• Managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to distribution and performance monitoring.

• Defining and tracking key KPIs (volumes, territories, pipeline) to assess success.

• Building go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing Communications, ensuring Sales teams are equipped with the right tools and messages.

• Representing SiPearl at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows.

🔍 What will help you succeed in this role

• Strong strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to collaborate and lead across technical, marketing, and sales teams.

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing programs across multiple European countries.

• Analytical thinking and holistic understanding of chip technology.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Adaptability, openness, and a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets

• University degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent).

• 15+ years of experience in the server and datacenter industry, ideally in semiconductors, with focus on program management, ecosystem development, or community engagement.

• Strong track record in product lifecycle management and cross-functional program leadership.

• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally.

🌍 Fluency in English is a prerequisite for success in this role.

➕ Experience in the following is a plus

• HPC and datacenter systems and acquisitions.

• Go-to-market strategies and international product launches.

• Ecosystem development with ISVs, ODMs/OEMs, and partners.

• Multilingual skills (French or Spanish especially).
