❓ About SiPearl…

SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint.

In June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France.

Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in :

• France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis),

• Spain (Barcelona)

• and Italy (Bologna)

Following a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round.

💻 About the role

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager and Product Marketing Director to support our customers’ technical success and adoption of SiPearl’s next-generation server CPU platform. 

🎯 Your missions

• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, partners, and integrators during pre-sales, integration, and deployment phase

• Provide in-depth technical support in collaboration with R&D on topics such as CPU architecture, server integration, system bring-up, and performance tuning

• Support software vendors (ISVs) in porting and validating applications on SiPearl platforms

• Conduct PoCs, performance benchmarks, and validation testing with customers

• Deliver product demos, training, and documentation to stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product development

• Gather technical feedback to influence roadmap and improve solutions

🔍 What would make you succeed in this role

• 10+ years of experience in system engineering, platform validation, or FAE roles in server/data center environments

• Deep understanding of CPU architecture (x86, ARM, or RISC-V), server platforms, and modern data center workloads

• Proficiency with hardware bring-up, BIOS/firmware, OS integration (Linux), and system performance tuning

• Experience with OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, or large enterprise IT teams

• Strong analytical and hands-on technical skills in both lab and customer environments

• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse technical and business audiences

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite for success in this role, as effective communication in English is essential for collaboration and ensuring the seamless execution of responsibilities

➕ Experience in the following is a plus

• Working with ISVs in software porting and optimization

• Additional European languages

• Familiarity with HPC and AI workloads
